Try Tao Linux RHEL3 kernel:

http://dist.taolinux.org/tao-1.0-i386/updates/

This kernel contains initio SCSI module. Tao has no kernel-unsupported
package. The kernels are almost identical (RHEL3, Whitebox, Tao,
Centos).

You may recompile kernel for yourself too.
