[WBEL-users] Help with an ST tape streamer please

Can I pick your brains please:

I have a Win2K server (wait for it...) now happily converted to a WBEL
server!! 

Everything works fine except the tape streamer - a Seagate ST-model 4GB
Travan. I have researched as far as I can and have installed the
IDE-SCSI functionality and although the unit is 'seen' by the system,
accepts commands and gives me status etc, I cannot read or write (a bit
fundamental!) - the first things I have noticed is that the unit reports
a default blocksize of 0 rather than 512 - do I have to setup a
definition for the specific tape unit somewhere. This may be obvious but
I was up till 2am resurrecting a Win2K server elsewhere and so my
brain's still asleep.
