Sorry, the second should be the directory with updates:
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/3AS/en/os/SRPMS/
At least you should be able to download these packages from your RHN
account too :-) [as you try to support RH by paying a little bit]
