Can't add them back into the mainline unless RH does it.  They are only 
needed to rebuild.  They are mostly things like lynx that RH is 
deprecating in favor of other packages so don't hold your breath.  More 
likely is they will eventually get around to fixing the packages that 
depend on the lostRPMS to use the new replacements, probably as bitrot 
takes out the RH9 packages.
