[root@p3000 root]# rpm -q bind
bind-9.2.4-EL3_10
[root@p3000 root]# host snowwhite
snowwhite.conorwynne.com has address 192.168.0.4
[root@p3000 root]#

So its still working for me after the update.
Note: I do not (currently) run bind in chroot. This is running in my
HAN - Home Area Network :-)

And if I do a quick bugzilla search:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=NEEDINFO&bug_status=MODIFIED&bug_status=CLOSED&field0-0-0=product&type0-0-0=substring&value0-0-0=bind&field0-0-1=component&type0-0-1=substring&value0-0-1=bind&field0-0-2=short_desc&type0-0-2=substring&value0-0-2=bind&field0-0-3=status_whiteboard&type0-0-3=substring&value0-0-3=bind&field1-0-0=product&type1-0-0=substring&value1-0-0=chroot&field1-0-1=component&type1-0-1=substring&value1-0-1=chroot&field1-0-2=short_desc&type1-0-2=substring&value1-0-2=chroot&field1-0-3=status_whiteboard&type1-0-3=substring&value1-0-3=chroot

Nothing. Try doing more searching, but it may be a borked config.
