Thank you, Mike, that is exactly what is going on.  The library provides
communications for emergency response here.  John's setting up labs for
people who are sheltering here.  We're helping with the victim registry
and coordinating emergency response programs so agencies don't duplicate
services and so everyone gets a fair shot at what few resources are
available.  And, yes, we're  infecting the world with one more of our
terrible lists that people can't get off of easily - this one is for
everyone involved in helping the people who are still pouring into
shelters here.  I'd hang my head in shame but I don't have time.   If
you've mentioned not being able to get off this one, I'll try to get you
off very soon.  And someday we'll find time to find and fix the problem.
We really do appreciate the patience and I really am sorry for the
inconvenience.
