Here is a yum.conf file I have posted...

http://www.hughesjr.com/wbel/yum.conf.txt

These sites seem updated from that list (that I can verify right now):

http://ftp.jach.hawaii.edu/linux/whitebox/
http://www.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/whitebox/
http://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/mirror/whiteboxlinux.org/

If you use the entries from those sites in updates and os section of
linked /etc/yum.conf, you should be able to update OK. I can't check the
sites outside the US/Canada from my present location, so some of the
others might be good as well.

You could also those sites (or one of them) in your
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources file ... similar to this (each entry is one
line):

yum wbel-base http://www.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/os/i386/

yum wbel-updates http://www.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/updates/
