I have done some further investigation: the documents in question are
emails and the problem ones seem to always be a problem (ie the problem
sticks with the document).

I have tried rebooting my machine but the document still will not print
- it seems to hang the printer every time. The document involved is a
html email with some gif logo attachments. If I forward the email back
to myself with attachments I can then print it OK....

Any thoughts...=20

The print job starts spooling to the printer - you can see the data

flashing but the print job does not come out. If you view the job via
print manager it says that the job is spooling - 99% done.

This does not happen all the time - only about 2-3% of documents printed
from within evolution but seems it seems to be consistent when a
document won't print. ie It seems there are certain documents that it
always happens with.

The only way to get around the problem is to reboot the printer and lose
the print job.

Any help gladly appreciated
