Hard to tell without more information.  Where are you looking?  If in
the GUI menus you won't find it, as yum is a command line tool.

Try

	rpm -q yum
and/or
	which yum

in a terminal window.  If nothing is found, it's possible the package is
not installed.  If not, use up2date or rpm to install it.
