That is the intention for them to be on the same subnet as I'm only
intending to run one nor am I using it as a router.

        UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU: 1500 Metric: 1

eth1: inet addr: 172.16.1.3 Bcast:172.16.1.255 Mask: 255.255.255.0
        UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU: 1500 Metric: 1

IP of Windows machine is 172.16.1.250 / Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

alias eth0 r8169 
alias eth1 natsemi 

r8169 is the correct module for the GA311 and likewise the natsemi
module for the FA311
