One of the URLs is incorrect.  It looks like the update one should be:

ftp://ftp.ale.org/mirrors/whitebox/3.0/en/updates/

instead of:

ftp://ftp.ale.org/mirrors/whitebox/3.0/en/os/updates/

It appears there are few more mirrors with similar errors in the file
providing the mirror list
(http://whiteboxlinux.org/up2date-mirrors/wbel3-updates).
