[WBEL-users] Any additional steps needed to compile an EL kernel?

I'm wanting to try and recompile the current WBEL kernel to try and
get my ipw2200 wireless card working in a laptop and want to recompile
the existing kernel config. I'm just wondering if there are any extra
steps required over and above compiling a 'regular' non-enterprise
kernel.

Which packages do I need to install to get all of the source I need
(just the kernel-source, or is there another package with headers etc
separately installed?). Is there are good enterprise-specific
compilation guide out there?
