[WBEL-users] rsync capable mirrors

I'm just building my own internal mirror as we now have sufficient
machines to make it a win/win situation. I'm in the UK so this is my
best mirror.
So a quick question.
Is the os directory at the last respin stage and the updates directory
since then?
If so, presumably the os directory will be updated at respin 2.
Is this correct?
