[WBEL-users] rpm 4.2 issues

Over time, sometimes within minutes, sometime after days, I get this error.

rpmdb: Program version 4.2 doesn't match environment version

I've tried rebooting, deleting the indexes and rebuilding them, a combination 
of both. Nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have the cure?
