[WBEL-users] Problems with whitebox 3 respin2

I am doing a clean install of Whitebox Linux 3 respin 2.  I have downloaded the 3 .iso images and burned my CD's.  The first CD installs fine but almost immediately after inserting the second CD, I get an error message saying that "The package redhat-config-proc-0.23-0.EL3.1 cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file or purhaps a corrupted package. If you are installing from CD media this usually means the CD media is corrupt, or the CD drive is unable to read the media."

I have downloaded the iso file for CD 2 three times from 3 different locations with the same results.  I am not sure what this package is or if I need it.  If it is "bells and whistles" that I don't need, then I need to know which package to uncheck to take it out of my install que.
