No version of WBEL3 has or ever will include a 2.6 kernel.  If you want
a 2.6 kernel watch for WBEL4, coming soon to a mirror near you.

Look for /SRPMS/kernel-2.4* in the SRPMS CDs or for
/RedHat/RPMS/kernel-2.4* on the binary CDs.
