Still hadn't populated debuginfo or created empty repos.  They should
propagate today.  The entry for it is commented out in the up2date
sources file to prevent most from pulling it.

And just for the record I wouldn't expect that repo to maintain a
comprehensive collection of some of the bulkier debuginfo packages, only
the original release and most recent.  Packages like the kernel's
debuginfo package are huge.
