Dear Bob, 

As khaqq suggested, the folks behind Whitebox Enterprise Linux are busy
helping the evacuees from Hurricane Katrina.

Many of the evacuees from New Orleans have camped out in the same area
as the people behind WBEL. John, Vicki, et al, are busy helping evacuees
get and keep Internet connections to help them stay in contact with
families and find news about their homes.

And with Hurricane Rita, they might be getting busier.
