Yes, it sounds terrible.... :)

I were working in console mode. I attached a pen drive, the kernel flushed
some warning messages but it worked fine. I copied some files to the pen
drive, then unmounted the device and when I removed it.....

I'm using WBEL 4 with  a 2.6.9-11 kernel. I would like to report this crash
but I don't know how to do it. Can anyone tell me the steps to make Red Hat
people know this?
