This is what I have in my crontab.  I'm only hosing i386 headers and
updates, so a full mirror will need to run at a higher directory level.

16 3 * * * rsync -Pvptrl --delete --exclude-from ~/wbel_exclude.txt
rsync://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/whiteboxlinux.org/3.0/en/os/i386/headers/
/var/ftp/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/os/i386/headers/
46 3 * * * rsync -Pvptrl --delete --exclude-from ~/wbel_exclude.txt
rsync://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/whiteboxlinux.org/3.0/en/updates/
/var/ftp/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/updates/

My wbel_exclude.txt file contains:
SRPMS
SRPMS/*
ia32e
ia32e/*
x86_64
x86_64/*
athlon
athlon/*
lostSRPMS
lostSRPMS/*
origSRPMS
origSRPMS/*
