Sorry for the post. I was added back into this mailing list
just recently probably due to a rebuild of the mailing list
server/database or something.

I am unable to unsubscribe from this list.

Can the administrator please remove me from the list permanently!

Thanks,

Ed

Wow, anyone still on this list besides me?

Just trying to find an appropriate list of yum update servers to update
my remaining WB server. I have updated it to the latest posting I could
find on the list, but that still doesn't work.

This list sees less traffic than a 90 year old prostitute!
There was mention of an "alternate" update source in the works, but haven't
seen anything else about it. I think many people have just migrated to Centos
or Scientific Linux, or some other enterprise class distro. Or as was said on
the list before, "No one is having any problems, so the list is quiet". I find
the latter hard to believe.

I hadn't been having much of any problems on this one remaining WB 3.x
machine, the others have been migrated to CentOS, just need to get this
one updated as it won't be migrated to CentOS for a few months.

I use //ftp.esat.net/mirrors/whiteboxlinux.org/3.0

But I've found the games rpm header is corrupt which stops a lot of the
checking. SO I haven't installed the last update.

Is anyone else using this mirror and seeing the same problem? If we had
another official mirror I'd pull from them. Maybe I'll try direct from
Beau. Mirrors, do seem to be an issue.

I'm not sure it's relevant any more - I've just had a whole bunch of
updates from the pre-existing servers. Looks like JM's back on the case.
Welcome back, mate!

Vic.
