<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am having an issue with YUM. I've built a small
server and was using YUM -y update to update it ( after editing yum.conf to
point to calgary's repo). This repo was way too slow for me...I realize it takes
sometime to update but 3 days or more seems a little much...so I decided to look
for a repo that's closer to me, after having downloaded headers from the Calgary
site. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Well, I did indeed find a site that's closer to me
but I could not get Yum to work with it. I am assuming that it has something to
do with the fact I downloaded headers from a different site. After the change
attempt I decided to go back to my original Yum config..but ran into more
trouble. Now, Yum won't work at all. What have I done wrong, and how do I
correct the situation? I would really appreciate some help here since I have
spent hours downloading headers and RPM's before I mucked up the
system.</FONT></DIV>
