They were not downloaded by me, so I do not know. I suspect that it must be from the first issue so I will contact the supplier.
I have re-downloaded the CD from ESAT now I've returned to work and could use the ADSL and it tests PASS. Hope to install over the Bank Holiday weekend so I can test it before upgrading my intranet webserver.
