Whilst doing some reasearch for programming, I found the "strip_tags"
PHP function. Is a short PHP script something that can be added to
mailman's processing? (I'm planning on researching it further, but if
it'll work, I didn't want the solution to wait on my getting some extra
free time...) If so, it may be a "good enough" solution - just run it
on the digest before sending it. The sender would still be responsible
the possible crappily-aligned output, but at least it might be more
readable. Details on the function are at the following URL...
