Hi LSW Librarians,
Warren Graham is the morning speaker at Calcasieu's Allstaff day, Friday, April 29th from 8:30 - 11:30. If you would like to attend his session we have 25 spots available. The cost would be $10 per person.
If you are interested, please let us know and we will send a form with more information.
Thanks,

Subject: [Lswtalk] Security program?
LSW librarians:
I attended the morning and part of the afternoon sessions at the LLA
conference led by Warren Graham, "the Black-belt Librarian," and was
very impressed with his practicality and advice.
If you are interested in sharing the cost to have him come to the area
to teach a security workshop to our LSW library staff members, please
let me know and include approx. how many staff members you think you'd
want to send to such a session and if you would want a half-day,
day-long or multi-day session.
I am also interested in having him consult for me as I plan to update my
security schematics but, of course, BPL would carry that portion of the
cost on our own.
Once I have an idea of about these details, I'll contact Warren to see
what his cost would be and what his schedule looks like. He mentioned
that he had a few openings in the fall but is otherwise booked into 2012.
