Howard is a rock star!    Many thanks to him, VPL, their board, and 
staff for the use of their mobile branch to bring summer story times 
back to our East Beauregard community while we continue our search for a 
branch location.

Makes me think we should steal the State Farm tagline: "Like a good 
neighbor, your parish library is there!"
