Yes, should be in each library system’s parish I would think. We don’t know if this company does all of SWLA but will check.
(This was just sample from a couple of years ago for a campaign we did.)

Attached is some information on the billboards that I received from Lamar advertising and AdSource.  We ended up going with AdSource and the digital billboards, due to the cheaper pricing.
