One thing everyone can do is to leave your bittorrent running after you
finish your download ... and if you can afford it, to restart the
bittorrent download later and point to your files again (it will verify
the files and share them again).  I got great D/L times (300 kb/sec)
while downloading.

I always like to give back at least as much as I download ... so I leave
my bittorrent on until I have more outbound MB than inbound MB for each
share...
