Since it doesn't hurt anything to have extra keys, doesn't that argue for 
having the Fedora key as well?  RHL9 isn't going to have any new packages 
after April, but Fedora will.  Of course, over time they may diverge 
enough that the packages aren't useful to us, but only time will tell.
