My disk 3 is hosed up as well ... my md5sum for 
liberation-i386-binary-3-fixed.iso is e25f4925ca1087ebb4a21e2d441b3e74

The md5sum on the whitebox.org website is:
184af501ce2a2e507371558b77d075a6

184af501ce2a2e507371558b77d075a6 is also what the file named
ftp://mirror.physics.ncsu.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/iso/i386/liberation-i386-md5sums says it should be ... 

The good news is that my md5sum from NCSU matches Ron Poletti's in the
first post about this issue.

I guess I'll wait till tomorrow...
