But once I have the sources, I can do with them as I please, including
repackaging, making binaries and distributing them.

Several people involved already have access to RHEL errata via RHN.  I don't
see this as being too much of a problem.

The bigger issue might be the continued pollution of SRPMs with RH patches
that introduce restricted distribution (logos, RedHat Enterprise Linux
appearing on the screen, et. el.).

Time will tell I guess.
