But it's nearly impossible to avoid mention of Redhat, RHL, RHEL, RHN, etc. 
John clearly states that this product is derived from Redhat supplied source
files.  Not to be tacky, but we as a community benefit from Redhat, we can't
deny that.  I agree with the original poster's points about being "friends"
with Redhat.  If they don't want it then so be it, in all honesty, I think
Redhat is the loser.

This is not workable as we are not distributing RedHat's binaries.  This is a
rebuild from their sources.  We can't be distributing our cleansed SRPMs as
the only source of updates.  Users want binary updates, users will demand
binary updates.  SRPM updates aren't feasible IMHO.  This product doesn't
exist distributing SRPMs.
