Afraid that was going to be the answer.

I'll try to find time to d/l the free Oracle packages and try building it
again.  Bet that does the trick.  Could be worse.  Seeing as the observed
missing links on /usr/lib/tora/toworksheet.tso were rather importtant
things like libstdc++ and libm the more amazing thing is that it runs at
all.
