[WBEL-devel] OOo issue

There appears to be a missing dependency on openoffice.org-i18n in the
latest openoffice.org package.  Installing respin 1 is OK, and applying
the update is OK because the i18n package is already present, but
installing respin 2 results in openoffice.org-i18n not being installed.

   # rpm -qRp openoffice.org-1.1.0-16.7.EL.i386.rpm | grep openoffice.org
   config(openoffice.org) = 1.1.0-16.7.EL
   openoffice.org-i18n = 1.1.0-16.7.EL
   openoffice.org-libs = 1.1.0-16.7.EL
   # rpm -qRp openoffice.org-1.1.0-16.14.EL.i386.rpm | grep openoffice.org
   config(openoffice.org) = 1.1.0-16.14.EL
   openoffice.org-libs = 1.1.0-16.14.EL
   #
