Did you check the md5sum of your iso?


Yes checksums came out ok on the images that I downloaded.

If you are using VMware, you can mount the iso directly without having to
burn the CD.  Go to the edit virtual machine and in the spot where you
select the cd rom drive, select image file.  Then browse to the iso and
select it.  You can also change the image while the virtual machine is
running.  Of course I run VMWare 4.0 on top of Fedora on a laptop :)

I did that and I also removed the docs for XFree86 as that was the one file
that was giving me problems. If I need it bad enough then I'll go back and
grab them from online!
