I would say not. Eadem seems to want to hide their product and one good
reason could be their slow Internet connection (about 1Mbps, Lineox has
100Mbps), and the quality of their product (see below). Lineox was
listed in distrowatch almost a day before the press release was sent and
before that it was added to the waiting list without any contact from
Lineox. Eadem released over a month ago and still distrowatch hasn't
heard of them. Distrowatch is just an example, but writing and sending a
press release is very basic stuff and eadem hasn't done it.

The only file I checked is EULA (ftp://up2date.eadem.com/pub/i386/EULA).
They could have some legal problems ahead:

"THE "EADEM" TRADEMARK, THE "BLUECURVE" TRADEMARK AND EADEM'S SHADOW
MAN LOGO ARE REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF EADEM, INC. IN THE UNITED STATES
AND OTHER COUNTRIES."
"THEN YOU MUST MODIFY THE FILES IDENTIFIED AS EADEM-LOGOS
AND NOCTUA-IMAGES SO AS TO REMOVE ALL USE OF IMAGES CONTAINING THE "RED
HAT" TRADEMARK OR EADEM'S SHADOW MAN LOGO. NOTE THAT MERE DELETION OF
THOSE FILES MAY CORRUPT THE SOFTWARE."
"This
Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina
and of the United States, without regard to any conflict of laws
provisions."

And from www.eadem.com:

"Eadem Corporation
Corporate Headquarters
65 Sherbrooke Est
Montreal, QC h2k 4j9
CANADA"

Red Hat's EULA is copyrighted and Eadem has just copied it almost as is
and has done very incomplete job with search-replace.
