Put all the stuff in a dir with proper subdir structure (i386, i686, athlon
etc etc), make it accessible through yoour webserver (with Option Indexes)
Run 'yum-arch .' in the top dir containing the (S)RPMs and you're set up.
Put the URL in your yum.conf and run yum to fetch the headers.
That's roughly it.
