I'm having a problem installing Mon.  More specifically Time-HiRes.
When I run perl -MCPAN -e 'install Time::HiRes' or when I try to install
Time-HiRes from source I receive this error:

Makefile:91: *** missing separator.  Stop.

I receive this error even though I changed the LC_ALL to C like the
error suggestion said.  Does anyone know what this RedHat post means?

How do you change to a non-unicode locale (Where do you point to?)
