You have two options: 1) Pay RH for reliable support. 2) Create an
in-house support infrastructure that works with WBEL to share work load.

You don't have a third option: 3) Free load and get reliable support.

Seriously, the WBEL developer(s) are doing a great service but owe us
nothing.

Configuration files should be hand coded C statically linked into=20
the binary. If you can't write C, you have no business telling=20
software what to do.
