Hi all,

Firstly I'd like to thank you all for your responses. ;-)

I've deliberately left it a while to reply, since I was originally
trying to get a community response... & it's taken me a while to read
all the posts !

I didn't ask the question to start a war, and I don't see how using a
gmail account to participate in a mailing list reflects on who I am !
(I'm not about to plug gmail, but it is great for reading from mailing
lists, and 1Gb storage is nice)

I can see that everyone whom participates on this list obviously
"loves" WBEL (and thats kinda what I'd expect) , but it does become
clear that some users are not exactly confident with it, especially
updates, although I'm beginning to think that this is partly due a
mirror being out of sync.

To be honest I'm not sure if my question has been answered ;-) ... but
I'm happy with what I've heard and will defiantly doing what john asks
"Download and install White Box. Poke it in unexpected places and see
what breaks".
