Well, Dag Wieer's already has an add-on repo for RHEL:

There has been interest expressed on this list about having third party
packages.  I can't remember if anyone has stepped forward with the space
and bandwidth yet.  Having stuff with "legal issues" might limit a
person's desire to host it.
