Just install the RPM like normal, but you have to use the Development
version:

Semi-OT: Any witty subject line you might want to use: don't.  This tread
too me way to long to find in the archives because of it's subject 'An
"Issue" with WBEL (pun intended)' instead of mentioning Webmin (which is
what the post was about).
