I run top and see kudzu taking up most of precious cpu cycles up to 92% even though I have disabled it from start when the system boots. I even run /etc/init.d/kudzu stop, but nothing happens. When I run ps aux | grep "kudzu", it's still there. This is what I've got.
ps aux |grep "kudzu"
root 4132 0.0 0.2 4212 1004 ? S Feb18 0:00 sh -c { /sbin/service kudzu start < /dev/null; } 2>&1
root 4133 0.0 0.2 4204 1080 ? S Feb18 0:00 /bin/sh /sbin/service kudzu start
root 4136 0.0 0.2 4252 1228 ? S Feb18 0:00 /bin/bash /etc/init.d/kudzu start
root 4142 97.1 0.3 4988 1856 ? R Feb18 936:54 /usr/sbin/kudzu -t 30
root 18505 0.0 0.1 3692 656 pts/0 S 15:50 0:00 grep kudzu
any suggestion?
