Hi,

Firstly, I must thank those involved in putting out a fantastic new
distribution - it has answered my prayers and I am sure a lot of others
:)

I am having trouble getting the up2date applet working:

I have built my laptop (and numerous other machines) with a full install
of WBEL.

I have setup an internal rsync'd copy of the WBEL updates (mirror) site.

I have modified my /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources file with the line:

    dir rce-updates /usr2/apps/redhat/WBEL3.0/rce-updates

When this filesystem is mounted on all of my machines: up2date runs fine
from the command line and GUI.

I have modified the two python files to look for whitebox-release
instead of redhat-release

The up2date icon either goes grey with a question mark with the tooltip
saying "Error connecting to RHN..." or it is blue saying "Awaiting first
checkin..."

Can anyone please advise?
