Yes the binaries are compatible.. The only main difference is that if
the package/program looks for /etc/redhat-release it will break, so it
has to look fro /etc/whitebox-release. But there are very few packages
that do that.. Just some the core specific redhat config programs and
that's it.. I am using Dag Wieers APT repository for RHEL3 without any
problems..
