[WBEL-users] UP2Date Problems

Ok,

I had a major stupid moment here and I do apologize to everyone. The box I
was having the up2date problems with was a RH 8.0 box. I swore it was WBEL
but it is not. That also explains why there's no YUM and why Up2date
doesn't work anymore. How would I get YUM on that RH 8.0 box so I can get
updates?

Thanks. and sorry again.

Are you sure you have the WB version of up2date loaded?

[whooper@snowball whooper]$ rpm -q --whatprovides /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources
up2date-4.2.5-1.WB1

(note that this has been updated from the up2date-4.1.16-WB3 version on
the CDs)

The yum repos configured in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources. See question one
in the FAQ:
