Actually, 2 of them are Security Updates:

https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2004-188.html
https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2004-165.html

They require 3 SRPMS to be compiled (kernel-2.4.21-15.EL.src.rpm,=20
ipsec-tools-0.2.5-0.4.src.rpm, initscripts-7.31.13.EL-1.src.rpm) ....
the ipsec-tools requires the new version of initscripts. The kernel
doesn't require any other packages.

You can download pre-compiled rpms (testing only) via Milan Ker=A8l=E1ger's
site ... see this e-mail:
http://beau.org/pipermail/whitebox-devel/2004-May/000933.html

My favorite RedHat mirror (for RHEL SRPM updates) is:

http://mirror.hiwaay.net/redhat/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/3AS/en/os/S=
RPMS/

You can get the srpms from your fav RedHat mirror same way I do. Building
most is just a matter of &quot;rpmbuild --rebuild &lt;package&gt;&quot; with a --target
i686|athlon for glibc and the kernel.</I></FONT></PRE>
