You haven't changed your up2date to point to another site ... other than
whiteboxlinux.org ... edit the file:

/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources

and put a # in front of the whiteboxlinux site (like this):

#yum WBEL-3.0 http://whiteboxlinux.org/pub/3.0/en/os/i386
#yum updates-released http://whiteboxlinux.org/pub/3.0/en/updates

then download from a mirror, like this:

yum WBEL-3.0 http://mirror.physics.ncsu.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/os/i386
yum updates-released
http://mirror.physics.ncsu.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0/en/updates
