So, you want to view files from linux in windows and vice versa? AFAIK, windows won't read extX, reiserfs, jfs, etc... and you will most likely run into problem(s) installing linux on a fat32 partition. why not try mounting /ddrive or some similar name as a fat32 partition and you'd be able to move files from either linux or win?
