According to the readme that the idealx guy pointed me to:

INSTALLATION

Installation instructions can be found in the INSTALL file.

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires basic perl dependencies (perl-CGI,
perl-libwww-perl) found in most recent Linux distributions.
All other perl dependencies are bundled with IMC.
You also need :
        * openssl, openssl-devel
        * expat, expat-devel
        * zlib, zlib-devel

I know I need that CGI stuff.  Again, as I learn my howtos, can someone 
send some clues this way?
